Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor. Her birthday was August 4, 1981. Her performances in the movies Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and also in the television series Angela's eye Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are her best-known works. Amantha is the star of Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama series. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in both television and film. She was known for her work in the drama series Rectify, as well as in the science-fiction series Timeless. Her debut as an actor was All My Children, a soap opera based out of Gulf Breeze Florida. For her work, she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as an Outstanding Female Newcomer. The following years she was mostly a guest on roles on several television shows. The most well-known was the role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson, in the TV show Hawthorne. Gradually, with her dazzling looks and amazing acting skills she managed to build a large audience. At the age twenty she made her acting debut in the movie Campfire Stones. She has also appeared on Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and other films. To honor her performance in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. In the program Timeless in which she portrayed the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer was named an Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's performance on Timeless. The show has received praise from critics.
